I have been invited in the project by Michela Mangas a member of President von der Leyen's New European Bauhaus High-Level Round Table to act as the coordinator for an interdisciplinary partnership, called the satelite Labs; this involved eight HE international institutions working collaboratively under the sustainability themes 'Just Ocean'(2021) and 'Ecosystems Living'(2022). The externally funded £175.000 project (over 2 years) represented a total of 26 countries, 50 industry experts and the 8 global HE institutions from Computing, Biology, Neuroscience, Art, Music and Media departments. This 175.000 Euro in kind investment funded by the MTF and the city of Aveiro benefited students and staff across levels at LCC and resulted in curriculum development for cross level trans-disciplinary collaborations. The results have beendisseminated (online and within reports) and the Just Ocean project was followed with establishing and running a further international mentorship scheme for staff and students. The universities included student participants (across levels from foundation to postdoc) from York University in Toronto, Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, Arte and Ciencia Bioscénica in Mexico City, Labatier Cymatics in Rio de Janeiro, London College of Communication - University of the Arts in London, MPLab from Liepaja University in Latvia, Raster-Media in Chemnitz and the University of Aveiro in Aveiro.

Amidst the global pandemic, MAES (Museum of Arts Esprito Santo-Brazil), invited us to examine how art institutions operate, both within and without their physical buildings, as systems for representation and discourse. Its Museum Without Walls residency program is committed to the diversity of publics as well as to free and open methodologies and involves proposals that creatively engage with technological contingencies and exercise virtuality as a potential for reimagining the museum April 2021: Mentor for artists in residence May 2021: Exhibition of the ‘Riverhine archive’ (Antonopoulou, Dare, 2016) May 2021: Public presentation and workshop for the Museum Without Walls public events January 2022: Book Chapter for the Museum Without Walls publication

Universities UK International (UUKI) selected selected and funded the global dissemination of a year-long international online partnership I ran in collaboration with Dr Gabriel Menotti, Professor in Federal University of Espirito Santo- Department of Social Communication- Brazil. The project involved my Certificate in Higher Education students at LCC/UAL and undergraduate students and staff from UFES IN Brazil (2027-2018). Universities UK International selected the project as one of the most innovative examples of an online 'Internationalisation at Home (IAH) activity’ that provides global experiences in a UK setting. The report produced showcases the project amongst other impactful IAH programmes being delivered across the UK, US and Australia. The project • promoted accessible and inclusive international student experience • resulted in meaningful internationalisation of the curriculum • formulated radical online/blended learning pedagogy methods that were disseminated in the UAL and internationally • supported development of future international partnership and recruitment activity • led to further research through rigorous evaluation. • influenced UAL strategy on international partnerships online.

TFL and ‘Visit Britain’ worked exclusively with our students and funded a student project titled ‘My World is my Oyster’. Working with such an important national body was pivotal for the profile of our course and the student experience.

I was funded to be part of the kick-off event, 1 of 5 that was co-produced and hosted by Dubit, Leeds on Tuesday 27th March 2018 The research for Children’s Media Foundation on VR+kids has 3 core goals: 1. Appropriateness: the evolution of best practices for the design of VR content for children that compares duration, immersion, story-centered, learning-based experiences. 2. Cognitive and Sensory Health & Safety: scientific progress and studies into overloading children through VR experiences along with best practices. 3. Eye health & Balance: scientific progress and research into ongoing visual and balance implications and best practices .
