Sophie is Course Lead for the new MA Creative Leadership (Online) at Central Saint Martins, due to launch in January 2027. Between 2023-26 she was Lecturer in Creative Leadership in the Business School for the Creative Industries (BSCI) at University for the Creative Arts (UCA) in Epsom.

Prior to this, Sophie led a number of undergraduate and postgraduate modules as Associate Lecturer including 'Cultural Leadership' for BA Arts and Festivals Management at De Montfort University (2018-20), 'Creative Learning at Southbank Centre' for MA Education in Arts and Cultural Settings for King's College London (2018-22), and 'Digital Cultures, Digital Literacies' for BA Arts Management at Goldsmiths' College (2021-22).
